Role
As an Account Specialist, we'll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:
* Represent the business with honesty and compassion as the initial contact point for new customers;
* Effectively qualify and manage leads and opportunities through the sales cycle;
* Work alongside the other Account Management teams to ensure the best outcomes for our customers; and
* Proactively manage and support pre- and post-sales support mechanisms to improve the customer onboarding journey while reducing initial post-live Customer Support enquiries.
