About the Position
As the Construction Manager (Project Coordinator), you will support project managers in executing construction and infrastructure projects, requiring strong organisational skills and project administration experience.
* Assist with project planning and scheduling
* Maintain accurate project documentation and registers
* Monitor progress and report on key project milestones
* Support financial management tasks including invoices and accruals
* Coordinate contractor compliance and site access
* Manage communications across stakeholders
* Contribute to commissioning and project handover activities
Key Responsibilities Include
* Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables
* Manage project documentation, communications, and registers
* Ensure financial tasks are completed accurately and on time
* Support procurement and contract management activities
* Coordinate internal resources and external service providers
* Ensure compliance with site access and safety requirements
* Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation
Skills and Experience Required
* Experience in project coordination within construction or infrastructure
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency with document management and financial systems
* Understanding of project schedules and milestones
* Knowledge of WHS and compliance in construction
