Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to take charge of our digital customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service specialists, championing our digital solutions strategy and utilizing industry trends, data analysis and insights to improve the digital service experience for our customers.
The role involves:
* Leading a high-performing team of customer service specialists to deliver exceptional member experiences.
* Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive key digital strategic initiatives and projects that enhance our digital servicing capabilities.
* Developing and recommending digital servicing solutions, including strategy, automation and emerging technologies.
* Managing the implementation of change into business, ensuring seamless adoption of new digital service solutions.
* Monitoring and optimizing our digital servicing channels and resources in real-time.
* Preparing management and performance reports to inform business decisions.
