Quality Assurance Engineer
* Multiple Full-Time (35hpw) temporary opportunities up to 10 months with the possibility of extension
* Salary range $110,266 - $122,058pa + super
* Location flexible across Revenue NSW offices withhybrid working
We are currently seeking multiple Quality Assurance Engineers to supporta major transformation program that is building various cloud-nativeapplications. In this role, you will support the resourcing, implementation andreview of large and complex quality assurance projects and applications. Theseapplications will be of various sizes and will cover web, mobile and backoffice systems.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Createtest plans, test status and summary reports.
* Analysethe business requirements, user stories and system solution.
* Providethe superior testing competencies to ensure testing is efficient andcompleted in time using planning skills and working with the assignedteam.
* Managethe use of automated testing for the assigned work in an efficient andproductive manner to ensure testing is delivered to quality and withintime parameters.
* Executefunctional, non-functional, and regression tests (as applicable)
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
* Abilityto deliver test plans, test summary and status reports and assigning tasksto test team members.
* Aproven background in manual and automated testing. Experience of writingtest scripts including the required SQL commands and reference tovalidating results.
* Knowledgeof enterprise level testing suites such as HP QC, JIRA, Selenium, TFS etc.
* Testplanning and management of testing in large enterprise environments.Including Internet delivery systems, Unix and batch processing systems.
* Goodknowledge and experience with XML and ability to identify and create datain various formats.
* Demonstrabletesting within an Agile delivery model, preferably Scrum.
* Abilityto work to deadlines and balance competing needs
