We are seeking a skilled SAP MDG Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide authoritative guidance in your field, driving significant work outcomes from analysis through execution to evaluation. You will work under broad direction, taking the initiative to ensure that our clients goals are met.
Responsibilities
* Influence critical decisions and manage the allocation of resources for project delivery, ensuring effective collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
* Engage in complex technical and professional work, utilizing your expertise to interpret situations and provide authoritative advice.
* Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that diverse objectives are aligned and met throughout all stages of work.
* Communicate complex information clearly and effectively, building consensus and encouraging discussion among various audiences.
* Identify and evaluate potential improvements to products, services, and practices, leading enhancements within your area of responsibility.
* Apply innovative thinking and design practices to create solutions that deliver significant value to customers and stakeholders.
* Make informed decisions to achieve organizational goals, proactively addressing issues when objectives are at risk.
* Assess and implement new technologies and digital services, advising on relevant standards, methods, and tools applicable to your area of specialization.
Qualifications & Skills
* MDG Functional Experience in the following domains: Business Partner, Material, Finance, Utopia EAM and Utopia Procurement.
* MDG Technical Experience (preferable).
* Floorplan Manager (preferable).
* Workflow (preferable).
* Integration (iDoc and Services).
* Proven experience in a senior technical role, demonstrating the ability to influence at an operational level.
* Strong understanding of software development methodologies, requirements management, and user acceptance testing.
* Exceptional problem‐solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues and develop informed solutions.
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to driving results, with a commitment to maintaining focus on organizational objectives during transitions.
* Proven track record of working on large, complex initiatives and delivering work on time and within budget.
