Overview
dSb is partnering with a high regarded retailer based in Sydney to recruit an experienced Planning Manager to lead the planning team and own the end-to-end inventory management process.
Responsibilities
* Prepare, review and implement the budget and open-to-buy plans
* Ensure your team create compelling assortment plans that execute the merchandise strategy
* Drive seasonal re-forecasts across the product groups
* Take ownership for the Open-To-Buy process
* Lead, coach and develop a team of experienced Planners
* Conduct monthly one-on-one reviews and development plans
Qualifications
* Extensive retail planning experience at manager level from another high volume and fast paced retailer
* Proven experience of achieving sales and margin targets
* Proven leadership skills of coaching and developing a team of planners
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong experience of best-in-class merchandise planning applications
Base pay range
A$160,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr
Working arrangement
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 1 day work from home.
Salary & visas
Salary up to $180,000 plus superannuation plus VISA sponsorship
