Job Overview:
As a skilled IT professional, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch technical support and customer service experience to our clients. This position involves troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and tablets running Windows OS (10 and 11), working within Azure AD and Intune (MDM), and resolving common enterprise applications (MS Office 365, Adobe, etc.).
Responsibilities include providing end-user device technical support, troubleshooting AV devices in meeting rooms, and maintaining strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly and methodically troubleshoot IT issues.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows), hardware troubleshooting, networking concepts, and basic Intune skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support position
