Business Development Executive

This role blends creativity with strategy: from building your own lead list using platforms like Instagram and Google Maps, to crafting the smartest outreach—calls, emails, LinkedIn, DMs, or even visiting Dubai when needed. You'll be selling a game-changing financial product in a region that's ripe for disruption.
Responsibilities:
* Source, identify, and qualify SME leads across the UAE market using digital tools and data platforms.
* Execute smart, multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social media, etc.).
* Own the entire outbound sales process from lead generation to closing.
* Maintain and update CRM with pipeline data, status updates, and conversion metrics.
* Coordinate with the team for warm handovers, onboarding, and client success.
* Contribute ideas, strategies, and market insights to continually improve the sales process.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
* Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English.
* Strong research and digital prospecting skills (Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
* High resilience and work ethic—comfortable with volume outreach and rejection.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.
