Position : Senior WMS Consultant (m / f / x)
Contract Type : Full time- Permanent
Are you passionate about Warehouse Management Systems and ready to make a global impact? Join DHL Supply Chain as a Senior WMS Consultant and play a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing our Manhattan WMS solutions across the globe. As part of our Warehousing Domain Centre of Excellence, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, lead solution design, and drive innovation in our warehousing IT landscape.
Your Key Accountabilities Include :
* Leading the design, development, and deployment of global WMS standards, tools, and templates in line with strategic goals.
* Providing expert guidance and support to global deployment teams on Manhattan WMS platforms (ActiveWM and WMOS).
* Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications for successful project delivery.
* Conducting training, product demonstrations, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.
* Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement new WMS capabilities and vendor releases.
* Supporting system setup, testing, cutover, and post‑go‑live activities to ensure seamless implementation.
What Are We Looking For From You :
* 10+ years of experience with Manhattan WMS, including at least 3 years in customer‑facing project roles.
* Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics IT systems (WMS, TMS).
* Proven ability to manage complex processes and lead cross‑functional project teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in diverse, multicultural environments.
* Operational experience in warehouse environments is highly desirable.
* A tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) and fluency in English (written and spoken).
