Community Care Worker (without Aged Care Certificate)
Join Bayside City Council as a part‑time Community Care Worker. This role supports older people to live safely and confidently in their own homes.
Location: Private homes within the Glen Eira and Bayside Council areas, including Caulfield, Murrumbeena, Ormond, Brighton, Sandringham, Beaumaris and surrounding suburbs.
Salary: $32.36 per hour (plus 12% Super) with annual increases.
Responsibilities
* Provide general cleaning duties such as mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and other light household tasks.
* Assist with grocery shopping and other household duties for multiple clients daily.
* Help older people maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

What We Need From You
* Be able to work at least 4 days per week between 9 am to 3 pm.
* Clear police check and working with children check (paid by the council).
* Own reliable car and a valid Victorian driver's license.
