We are seeking an experienced nurse to provide advanced clinical leadership and consultancy in the management of diabetes across acute and primary care settings.
* Provide expert clinical assessment, management, and consultation for individuals with complex diabetes needs.
* Lead and deliver structured diabetes education outpatient clinics.
* Facilitate professional development and mentoring for healthcare staff to build capability in diabetes management.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical audit, and research activities to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
* Liaise with stakeholders to improve continuity of care.
Job Requirements
To be eligible for this position you must be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practising certificate.
