- Office based role - Hours 9am - 5pm
Sourcing an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team of a Construction company in Malvern.
The role will include but not limited to:
- The accurate and timely entering of invoices
- Managing inbound correspondence
- Checking and collation of approved invoices in a timely manner for payment
- Maintaining the creditor database
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and team members
- Assisting the finance team with ad hoc accounting support work as required
- Attending to administrative tasks such as monitoring and ordering office supplies, handling deliveries, despatching mail and tasks related to maintenance and upkeep of the office facility.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Experience within accounts payable role (min 2 years experience)
- Excellent communication skills, clear and concise both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and work autonomously
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach
- Adaptability to be able to reprioritise tasks as required
- Analytical skills and problem solving abilities
