We are seeking an experienced leader to guide our Process Engineering team through a period of growth and development. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and shaping the future of our process engineering capability.
The Role
* Lead and mentor a diverse team of process engineers, building capability and ownership.
* Review, approve, and sign off discipline deliverables as an RPEQ.
* Oversight of engineering design, scopes of work, estimates, and technical reports.
* Action as the discipline expert across HAZOPs, LOPAs, and process safety activities.
