About Us

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality services? We are currently assisting our client in recruiting a Japanese Speaking Client Service Representative to join their Sydney-based team, supporting commercial insurance operations across the Oceania region.

This role is responsible for strengthening relationships with commercial clients—primarily Japanese businesses and eventually local client base. You'll act as a strategic business partner, supporting sales, profitability, and growth targets, while also assisting senior management with business operations.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Promote company products and services through networking and client engagement.
* Provide technical product expertise and underwriting advice.
* Assess risks and prepare quotes for new and existing clients.
* Monitor premium payments and liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance.
* Support strategic planning, KPI analysis, and budget coordination.
* Respond to inquiries from head office and maintain customer-related systems.

Your Profile

* Experience in the insurance industry preferred but not a must
* Previous experience in sales, account managment and/or customer service OR keen to pursue a career in sales
* Strong communication skills, including fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) -JLPT N1 or N2 holders are welcome to apply
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
