Procurement Support Officer
Job Description:
The Procurement Support Officer will provide procurement support to the department in a manner that is compliant with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs). This includes undertaking simple and complex ICT procurement activities, preparing and drafting relevant procurement documentation, collating and presenting data, and liaising with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and draft relevant procurement documentation for both simple and complex ICT procurements.
* Collate, organise and present current and predicted procurement activity data from across the department to support organisational decisions.
* Liaise confidently with internal stakeholders regarding procurement activities.
* Create and maintain the software asset management register.
Requirements:
* Minimum of Procurement & Contract Management Diploma or related degree required.
* Demonstrated experience as a Procurement Officer or similar role.
* Experience delivering procurement support to executive level staff in a Government Department.
* Software and hardware asset management.
* Experience with IT Service Management Frameworks, such as ITIL.
