Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair cold storage equipment and refrigeration systems
* Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep
* Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams
* Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with protocols (HACCP, OSHA, etc.)
Qualifications
* Experience as a maintenance technician, general hand, or similar role
* Exposure to cold storage, warehousing, or refrigeration environments
* Mechanical skills with tools and diagnostic equipment
* Ability to work in cold conditions and respond quickly to breakdowns
* Team player with initiative and willingness to learn
