Responsibilities
* Juggling admin tasks like data entry, filing and keeping our records in top shape
* Helping get real community projects off the ground by supporting planning and delivery
* Drafting reports and emails that don't just tick boxes – they get things moving
* Keeping correspondence organised and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
* Pitching in on finances, meeting arrangements and stakeholder chats
* Supporting a team that appreciates initiative, clear communication and good vibes
Qualifications
* Excellent time management and multi‐tasking skills
* A knack for staying organised (and keeping others organised too)
* Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* A curiosity for learning new systems and ways of working
* Local Government experience is a bonus – but not a dealbreaker!
