We're seeking experienced Multiple Field Supervisors to join the team delivering complex remediation works on the NBN Unify and Field Module projects. You'll oversee field contractors, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all work sites. This role is ideal for a hands‐on leader with strong contractor management skills and a solid understanding of NBN infrastructure.

What You'll Do
* Lead and supervise field crews to deliver safe and efficient electrical and telecommunications works
* Plan, schedule, and oversee daily operations and maintenance activities
* Ensure all work meets compliance, quality, and safety standards
* Manage contractors, resources, and project timelines
* Maintain accurate records in the CMMS system
* Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and stakeholders
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years' experience supervising NBN or similar telecommunications projects
* Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
* NBN‐enabling qualifications (Simplex/Complex works experience preferred)
* A proactive, can‐do attitude with excellent communication and planning skills
* Current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
* Willingness to complete police and medical checks
