We have an exciting opportunity to join our IT Services team in Perth and are currently looking for an IT Service Analyst to join the team.
As an IT Service Analyst at VGW, you'll be the first point of contact helping colleagues across the business get the most out of their technology. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you'll solve problems, keep systems running smoothly, and play a key part in shaping an outstanding IT experience.
Key responsibilities
* Be the go-to person for colleagues needing IT support, solving issues face-to-face and remotely.
* Manage user access, onboarding, and licensing, keeping our systems secure and running smoothly.
* Take ownership of IT assets, from setup and configuration to audits and lifecycle management.
* Support modern workplace tech, including video-conferencing, AV equipment, and workstation setups.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing IT support role, with strong problem-solving skills.
* A good understanding of SaaS environments, Windows/MacOS, and common workplace tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
* Confidence supporting both office-based and remote colleagues across different locations.
* Hands-on experience with hardware setup, from laptops and docks to AV and video-conferencing systems.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
* Relevant IT qualifications or certifications (ITIL, Okta, Entra, etc.) are highly regarded but not essential.
