Key Responsibilities
* Requirements & Scope Management: Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and UX Designers to define product scope and translate business needs into actionable user stories.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between product and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication regarding timelines, scope, and constraints.
* Technical Expertise: Leverage your understanding of modern digital product delivery to manage dependencies, ensure backlog readiness, and facilitate successful sprint activities.
Key Requirements
* Experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst role within software delivery.
* Proven track record in large technology companies or digital consulting environments.
* Strong experience in delivering web and mobile applications, with familiarity in multi-system digital platforms (CMS, APIs, etc.).
* Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* High level of organisation with a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to structure complex requirements and work effectively with distributed teams.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience working with cross-regional teams.
* Scrum or Agile certifications.
