Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager located in Welshpool, WA, with some work from home acceptable. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the properties, including tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and conducting regular property inspections. Other duties include handling tenant inquiries and complaints, ensuring properties are well-maintained and occupied, preparing detailed reports, and working closely with the property owners to maximize returns on their investments.
Qualifications
* Experience in tenant screening, rent collection, and property maintenance coordination
* Skills in conducting property inspections and preparing detailed reports
* Proficient in handling tenant inquiries and complaints professionally
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
* Relevant qualifications in property management or a related field
