Richglen Maintenance Services is seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, Intermediate Riggers & Trade Assistants for ongoing site work across the Northern Bowen Basin.
We currently have:
7/7 Roster Roles
Ongoing 7/7 positions for:
* Mechanical Fitters
* Boilermakers
Work across CHPP, Dragline & Shovel service days, shift relief and general maintenance with consistent, structured rosters.
Adhoc Casual Maintenance Roles – Shutdowns, service days, project work and shift coverage across multiple Northern sites.
Flexible site-based opportunities for:
• Fitters
• Boilermakers
• Intermediate Riggers
• Trade Assistants

If you’re only looking for 2–3 days per week, these adhoc roles are ideal for earning extra income or achieving better work-life balance — without committing to a full roster.
