Brilliant Digital and Specialist Vet Marketing are looking for a Digital All-Rounder – Fully Remote
We are looking for a versatile, client-facing Digital All-Rounder to join our team full-time, completely remote. This role will be the linchpin between our clients and internal team, assisting the CEO, translating client needs into action, and managing technical resolutions across our digital projects.
About The Role
* Be the primary point of contact for clients, translating their needs into actionable tasks
* Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations and project management
* Work closely with our internal team to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
* Manage and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring functionality and optimisation
* Support campaigns, data management, and reporting
Requirements
* Proven experience with WordPress (essential)
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions
* Experience with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
* Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp preferred)
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice To Have
* Knowledge of website optimisation
* Google Analytics or reporting experience
* Experience working with professional service clients
