About the rolesWe're recruiting for a 2-year paid traineeship in Scaffolding or Painting, with a major client based at ILNG Bladin Point.Trainees will gain hands-on industry experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification.At the end of the program, successful participants will receive:Scaffolding Stream: Advanced Scaffolding LicencePainting Stream: Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating ApplicationIn addition, successful participants will continue with an on-the-job training plan to support further career development.Work hours are 6.30am-5.30pm Monday – Thursday and 6.30am-2.30pm Friday with possible over time.
