As a Technical Writer you will develop and maintain key documentation including work instructions and technical procedures that support the field maintenance systems and infrastructure assets.This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about continuous improvement, compliance, and delivering practical, high-impact documentation.Key Responsibilities:Revise and integrate existing technical documents; assess the need for new documentation.Develop and edit Work Instructions to guide operational and maintenance teams.Create Planned Maintenance Instructions (PMIs) to support equipment reliability and safety.Draft and maintain QA/QC documentation in line with quality and compliance standards.Collaborate with Engineers, Field Technical Services, Maintenance, and Quality teams to gather and verify technical content.Ensure all documentation complies with AGIG standards and relevant regulatory requirements.Manage document control processes including versioning, revisions, and secure storage.Identify and implement improvements to documentation processes and quality.About YouProven experience in developing technical reports and procedures within a maintenance or operational setting.Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to manage, store, and workflow technical documents.Strong time management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as tools such as InEight and Adobe Acrobat.Trade or engineering qualifications and/or experience in the energy industry (highly desirable).
