The restaurant offers a diverse menu that includes traditional curries, tandoori specialties, street-style snacks, seafood dishes, vegetarian and vegan options, freshly prepared naan breads, and classic Indian desserts.
We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team.
The restaurant is based at Shop 6, 2 Wilmot Street, South Toowoomba, QLD ****, and we offer competitive compensation based on the candidate's experience and skill level.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize and plan the events.
Buying and pricing goods within a set budget.
Working with chefs to plan the menus in the kitchen.
Developing creative and seasonal menu offerings.
Keeping track of stocks and finances.
Making sure dining areas meet health standards and are clean and attractive.
Making sure that all food safety rules are followed.
Interact with customers to see if they are happy with their meals and services.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff.
Choosing, training, and managing waitstaff and kitchen workers.
Sometimes taking reservations, greeting guests, and assisting with the orders.
ATTRIBUTES: Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required, Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the kitchen.
