The purpose of the Manager (Contracts) is to lead and influence best practice in the delivery of transport infrastructure projects by contract. You will provide high level advice and leadership in the management of tendering and contract award activities, as well as the enhancement and operation of contract delivery systems (including standard forms of contract) and contract administration arrangements, including providing contractual advice and support to various projects state‐wide.

Mandatory Qualifications And Conditions
* A Washington Accord accredited four-year degree in Civil Engineering or equivalence recognised by Engineers Australia
* Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
