The Administrative Officer provides administrative support in all operations of the School of Allied Health. This includes administrative support to the National Head of School and the school leadership team at the direction of the Team Leader, as well as providing information and advice to the permanent and casual academic staff of the school.
The role will undertake the school's reception duties on campus, being the first point of contact for all general enquiries from students and visitors. The Administrative Officer will also explain and support key administrative functions in conjunction with other academic and administrative/technical staff, including instructing and coordinating administrative workflows within university timelines.

What We Offer
- Total remuneration valued to $101,464 - $109,838 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $85,739 - $92,815 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date
