About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will see a range of clients, predominantly NSW Worker's Compensation, with scope for working in Life Insurance, Comcare (including DVA), and CTP scheme.

* You will assess, plan, organise, and participate in workplace rehabilitative programs to help clients achieve positive return to work outcomes.
">
Strong communication skills are required to liaise with various stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

* Assess the worker's transferable skills and potential through various means.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees.
* Implement workplace rehabilitative programs to achieve positive return to work outcomes.

Requirements
">
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
* ASORC registration.
* Previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management is desirable.
