About The Role
We are seeking a fulltime, strategic and technically skilled Group Network Architect to lead our Level 3 Network team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, provide technical leadership, and ensure optimal functionality of all network infrastructure, including LAN, SD-WAN, WAN, wireless connectivity, and monitoring systems.
Your expertise will drive network security, streamline architecture, and promote consistency in equipment and configurations.
Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee team activities and scheduling
Mentor and guide team members
Support skill development
Provide feedback and performance reviews
Lead IT project discovery phases
Technical:
Design network architecture and roadmaps
Manage LAN, SD-WAN, WAN, WiFi, and remote access
Ensure redundancy and data recovery
Configure monitoring and alerts
Standardize configurations
Align network security with protocols
Process Management:
Follow change management processes
Conduct peer reviews and approve IT changes
Maintain network documentation
Test disaster recovery plans
Lead critical incident response
Support architecture, design, and service transition
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Cisco networking skills (switches, routers, wireless)
Advanced knowledge of IP, routing, QoS, and security protocols
Proficient in WAN and remote access solutions
Experienced in network monitoring tools
Knowledgeable in network security practices
Clear communicator—able to simplify complex topics
Relevant qualifications/certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE)
Experience with Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN (or similar) desirable
Valid WA driver’s license
