Transition Opportunity
A critical component of our ongoing efforts involves transitioning RPQ's workforce into the Downer business. This seamless integration will be led by a Change Delivery Manager who possesses exceptional strategic vision and leadership skills, working on a 12-month fixed term contract.
About the Role
The Change Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process, including detailed transition planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and driving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) migration to ensure continuous business operations.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related field.
* Recognised project management certifications such as PMI, Prince2, or Agile.
* Proven experience leading organisational transitions and workforce integrations within the infrastructure, construction, or civil sectors using established methodologies.
* A strong understanding of Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and IT considerations involved in business transformations.
* The ability to balance strategic planning with practical implementation.
* Leadership and team inspiration skills to achieve project objectives.
* Demonstrated ability to lead in complex, dynamic, and cross-functional environments.
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral - including presenting information, listening, and conflict resolution.
