Our Subaru Sydney Aftersales team is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team in Waitara. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing and maintenance to ensure vehicles meet top safety and performance standards.
* Diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently and accurately.
* Work with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers on complex repairs to ensure excellent customer service.
* Follow manufacturer standards and repair guides to maintain quality.
* Perform road tests and quality checks to confirm high-standard work.
* Keep detailed and accurate service records of all completed tasks.
Qualifications
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and results.
* Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A proactive problem solver with a strong focus on diagnosing and resolving complex issue.
* Holding a valid driver's license.
