* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of the grocery department
* Monitor stock levels and merchandising standards
* Lead, coach, and mentor a small team
* Ensure accurate pricing and promotional activities execution
* Minimise waste and drive operational efficiency
* Communicate effectively with suppliers, store management, and the support office
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ticketing, and presentation
* Required Skills:
* Previous experience in FMCG management or supervisory roles
* Strong leadership, organisational, and time-management skills
* A proactive and hands‑on management style
* A passion for customer service and food retail
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
* Must successfully complete a National Police Check
