You’ll play an important role in keeping the team running smoothly handling enquiries, supporting clients, and assisting with day-to-day administration. You’ll be the first point of contact for many queries, helping direct them to the right people or resolving them yourself.
About You A positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel experience helpful but not essential) A team player who enjoys helping others Able to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
What You’ll Be Doing Answering calls and responding to email enquiries Supporting clients and stakeholders during the claims process Assisting the team with reports and general admin tasks Managing inboxes and diaries Helping keep processes running smoothly day-to-day
What We’re Looking For Customer service or admin experience A proactive, can-do attitude Willingness to learn and develop new skills
