About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior ICT Warehouse Manager to lead and coordinate ICT warehouse and logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring the timely provisioning, deployment, recovery, and compliance of ICT hardware and peripheral equipment across multiple locations. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's ICT Asset Management Policy and ensuring compliance with government asset tracking and reporting requirements.
Your duties will include:
* Supervising and coordinating the work of Imaging Support Officers.
* Managing ICT equipment returns and urgent dispatch requests, particularly for remote and ministerial offices.
* Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishments in collaboration with the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team.
* Creating and managing ServiceNow transfer orders and dashboards to maintain accurate asset tracking.
* Liaising with users to manage tasks, incidents, and resolution outcomes within ServiceNow.
* Coordinating urgent shipping requests and managing consignment tracking and reporting.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate stock replenishments and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Proven experience managing ICT warehouse operations, including imaging, dispatch, and returns of hardware assets.
* Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, including asset tracking workflows, transfer orders, and dashboard creation.
* Experience supervising technical support staff and coordinating logistics across multiple locations.
* Familiarity with shipping portals and consignment tracking.
* Ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, including ICT Service Desk, Procurement, Projects, VIP teams, and Security.
