Occupational Therapy Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Occupational Therapy services in Bunbury. As Head of Department, you will provide strategic direction and ensure the delivery of high-quality services across all clinical areas and programs.
This is a fixed-term full-time appointment that requires strong leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for managing Occupational Therapy staff under the Director Allied Health and coordinating duties to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
The successful candidate will have a valid working visa or be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with the ability to live and work indefinitely in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Occupational Therapy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across all clinical areas and programs.
Management: Manage Occupational Therapy staff under the Director Allied Health, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Coordination: Coordinate duties and manage performance to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
