We are looking for an experienced and hands‐on Working Foreman to lead our silo construction projects within the grain storage industry in Australia. In this role, you will actively participate in the construction process while supervising a team on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Job requirements Who are we looking for?
* Proven experience in construction, preferably in silo or steel structure building
* Experience in a foreman, lead hand, or supervisory role
* Hands‐on mentality with strong technical insight
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good command of English (spoken and written)
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and work in Australia
