As part of this evolution, an opportunity has arisen for aNational Account Managerto take ownership of a strategically important customer portfolio across the Nordics region.
Reporting into the Regional Business Lead, this role will be accountable for developing and executing customer strategies that optimise product access, drive brand performance, and strengthen long-term partnerships with key healthcare institutions.
Working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access and Supply Chain, you will ensure customers receive integrated, value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and delivering robust key account plans aligned to business and market needs
Leading field-based sales activity to drive product uptake and commercial performance
Building strong, trust-based relationships with HCPs, KOLs, payers, and hospital decision-makers
Providing scientific information and education through multi-channel engagement
Identifying opportunities through market analysis and competitive insight
Ensuring seamless coordination of cross-functional activity for launches and access initiatives
Monitoring account performance, forecasting, and reporting on KPIs
Acting as a strong ambassador for the organisation, ensuring compliance with industry codes and company policies
We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager or NAM with a background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or specialist healthcare.
You'll bring commercial acumen, strong clinical understanding, and a proven ability to build deep stakeholder relationships that influence decision-making.
Confident, organised, and strategic in your approach, you thrive in a matrix environment and can navigate complex healthcare systems with ease.
