Job Title: Business Resilience Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Continuity Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring emergency planning and preparedness, response and recovery systems.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams and a positive culture. Qualifications and experience in either emergency, risk, or business management will be important, as is a working understanding of statewide emergency management plans and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing emergency planning and preparedness, response and recovery systems.
* Providing expertise and support in all aspects of emergency management, ensuring emergency preparedness and response plans and capabilities are maintained in accordance with relevant legislation, obligations and standards.
* Delivering the Business Continuity program and ensuring critical functions and services can continue during emergency and disaster events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams and a positive culture.
* Qualifications and experience in either emergency, risk, or business management.
* A working understanding of statewide emergency management plans and procedures.
