We're seeking an experienced Carpenter for an immediate start with ongoing work based in Para Hills West.
About the role
You'll play an integral part in day‑to‑day operations—planning, organising, and delivering quality carpentry work while leading by example and supporting your team.
Key responsibilities
* Plan daily tasks and delegate work effectively
* Monitor production schedules and targets
* Maintain high‑quality workmanship and minimise waste
* Complete builds and installations to specification and on time
* Read and interpret plans, carry out measurements and calculations
* Erect and dismantle scaffolding safely
* Ensure tools and equipment are well‑maintained
* Support and mentor team members, including apprentices
* Actively participate in business improvement initiatives
Qualifications
* Carpentry Trade Qualification or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* White Card (Construction Card)
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence
* Working at Heights or EWP ticket
* First Aid Certificate
