As an ICT Support Technician, you'll be the friendly face (and remote wizard) behind the scenes, keeping systems running smoothly and solving tech puzzles across our 21 locations. From troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools to supporting cloud infrastructure and on‑premises systems, you'll be right in the thick of it – making a real difference every day.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing first and second‑level support for devices, apps, and services
* Administering Windows domain environments (Active Directory, Group Policy)
* Managing Microsoft Azure services and user provisioning
* Supporting Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Delivering remote support using ticketing systems and remote access tools
* Assisting with infrastructure maintenance and deployments
* Documenting procedures and contributing to ICT projects
* Training users and managing device inventory
What You'll Bring
* Cert IV or higher in IT (or related field)
* 1 – 2 years' experience in a similar role or MSP environment
* Strong skills in Windows Server, Azure, Power Platform, and M365
* Great troubleshooting instincts and communication skills
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to remote sites
Bonus points for industry certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA), experience with endpoint management tools like Intune, and a passion for continuous learning.
