MML Restaurant Group Pty Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced KFC Restaurant Manager to join our growing group of restaurants on a full-time basis. Salary on offer is $70,000 – $90,000 per annum, plus super, depending on experience.
About the role
You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing stock and staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service and KFC standards are met.

What you'll be doing
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, food preparation, and customer service
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality assurance standards
* Implement effective strategies to drive sales, maximize efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant team members
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with KFC's values and culture
* Analyse financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed business decisions
* Provide updates and supports the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within fast-food, hospitality or retail management
* Possess relevant qualifications or strong industry knowledge
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
* Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
* Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
* Ability to work a fair roster with flexible hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays, to meet the demands of the business
* Hold a valid drivers licence
* Have competent computer skills
* Be energetic, resourceful and committed
