The National Library is seeking to fill three EL1 Assistant Director roles in the Collaboration Branch.

**Assistant Director, Project Delivery (Outsource), Digitisation Projects**
The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing Assistant Director, Project Delivery (Outsource) (EL1) role in the Digitisation Projects Section of the Collaboration Branch.
We are seeking a highly motivated person that can demonstrate high level leadership capability and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
To succeed in this role you will need to have:
- Experience and knowledge of cultural collections, project management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing staff and teams to deliver organisational priorities and outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including well developed stakeholder management skills.
**Assistant Director, Digitisation on Demand, Trove Community Services**
