The Role

This role involves working across iconic consumer goods brands and joining our agency as our eCommerce Manager. It's an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation, with these clients placing greater focus on digital transformation, branding, and eCommerce.

ROLE PURPOSE:

* This role is responsible for developing and implementing eCommerce strategies on platforms/marketplaces like Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, Zitcha, Facebook, and Google.
* You will leverage your expertise in Performance Media/eCommerce and Paid Search to implement best-in-class digital performance campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Designing and implementing effective eCommerce campaigns across platforms/marketplaces (specifically Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, Zitcha, Facebook, and Google).
* Managing all operational tasks associated with implementation and optimization, including budget management, competitive analysis, administration, and finance.
* Identifying and implementing optimizations as approved by the client and utilizing 3rd party bid management and digital shelf analytics tools (where relevant).
* Leveraging audit and scorecard frameworks to deliver digital shelf analysis across retail and marketplaces, identifying optimization opportunities, including keyword research, content improvements, and other elements.
* You will own the performance process from Activate (Buying & Trafficking) to Convert (Optimization & Reporting).

YOUR SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE:

* 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in Performance Media/eCommerce working across paid search as well as either eRetail/marketplace platforms like CitrusAd or Amazon.
* Strong foundation in digital planning and buying fundamentals with solid paid search/programmatic skills.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Australian digital media landscape.
* Intermediate to advanced certification of Google Ads (Paid Search).
* Proficient in spot entry, knowledge of correct digital codes to use, and ability to run expenditure/invoice reports.
