Job Title
The Retail Operations Manager oversees and motivates store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. They drive operational excellence across multiple locations, guide Team Leads in each store to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, and provide daily coaching and mentoring to sales consultants on sales strategies.
Key responsibilities include developing schedules, managing staff availability, and approving time records. The ideal candidate ensures each store is appropriately staffed, recruits team members as needed, and analyses sales trends, store performance, and turns insights into action.
They also ensure store compliance with safety standards, brand guidelines, and business processes. Requirements include experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion or jewellery, as well as sales execution, sales strategies, and sales training.
A flair for leadership, a passion for motivating teams, sharp analytical skills, excellent communication skills, technical savviness with retail systems and spreadsheets, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
