Customer Service Administrator Role

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day service operations, interacting with customers via phone or email, providing quotes, processing sales orders and responding to customer needs.

* Coordinate service operations, manage part ordering, logistics and timely delivery to support engineers in the region.
* Maintain systems and team collaboration, update and manage customer and business systems, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange.

The role requires working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
