Job Title: Accounts Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our Shared Services hub in Gladstone, Mackay or Melbourne.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing high volumes of goods receipting and invoice matching, performing AR reconciliations, verifying and processing expense claims in Concur. Additionally, they will need to resolve discrepancies between project approvals and existing Purchase Orders by communicating with relevant project contacts.
About the Role
* This is a high-volume, repetitive role offering an opportunity to learn about UGL's projects across Australia and build strong relationships with key contacts onsite.
Key Responsibilities
* Process a high volume of goods receipting and invoice matching.
* General admin support.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
About You
* Previous experience in an admin role in an accounts environment.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
* Team player with high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
