Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician for a 3-month contract in Auburn, WA 98001.

Required Skills & Experience
* 3 years of hands-on hardware repair experience (printers, PCs, POS systems, etc.), including break-fix and use of power tools (e.g., drills), and familiarity with ticketing systems.
* Lexmark certifications and experience.
* Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix, equipment installation, and familiarity with HP, Dell, Lenovo.
* Previous experience in Field Service, Desktop support, POS, or printer break-fix.
* Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
* Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required (this is a driving position with reimbursement).
* Active driver's license.
* CompTIA A+ certification.
What You Will Be Doing
* Driving to client sites and providing general IT support to various customers (retailers, banks, etc.).
* Handling break-fix and IMAC calls, supporting clients with printer, laptop, server, network, and other technology devices. Support level varies depending on the customer.
* Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
* Documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems, including desktops, POS devices, and printers.
* Training employees, diagnosing, and repairing product failures, and ordering/replacing parts as needed.
* Maintaining excellent customer focus, meeting deadlines, and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
