We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail/Reception Agent to join our team located in Port Melbourne!
WHAT WILL MY JOB LOOK LIKE?:
Providing exceptional service to our customers while working on the fast paced, high volume reception desk at our depot
Upselling and customising shipment package options for visiting customers
Carrying out security inspections on shipments & retrieving parcels from the warehouse for customers
Communicating with our DHL colleagues from across the globe to assist with shipment enquiries
This is a full time 12 month secondment position, working 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday on the morning shift, from 8:00am to 4:00pm
WHAT CAN I BRING TO THE JOB?:
Face to face Customer Service or Retail experience - Essential
Willingness to jump in and help the team with whatever task is required
Exceptional telephone manner & strong communication skills
A vibrant, energetic personality that will fit into our customer-centric culture
Ability to work with multiple computer systems in a fast paced environment
Physical fitness - ability to walk, climb, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel and crouch repeatedly
