Qualifications and qualities
* Good judgment, common sense, listening skills, willingness to learn, and alignment with our values
* Experience supporting people with physical disabilities, including manual handling
* Experience providing personal care
* Patience and ability to build rapport with clients
* Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities
* Commitment to a team approach, including collaboration with professionals
* Full driver’s license and comfort driving clients’ vehicles
* Willingness to work varied shifts, including sleepovers, community access, and evening in-home support, with a commitment to ongoing shifts (more than twice weekly)
* Support clients based in Greendale, Kyneton, Heathcote, Bendigo
